Dean Pagliaro

Director, Web Practice

Dean has over 10 years of experience in the web design industry. As a project manager with Net@Work, Dean has focused his expertise on delivering successful CMS-based, as well as fully integrated eCommerce websites. Dean has broad experience and expertise in the principles and practices of graphic and web design, e-commerce solutions, usability, search engine optimization, Internet marketing, information architecture, motion graphics, 3D animation, flash animation, print and digital video production. Dean holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Individualized Study from The Gallatin School at NYU, where his professional curriculum consisted of web design, graphic design, flash animation, 3D animation, and video editing. He also holds a certificate in multimedia studies from the NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies. With his broad range of experience, Dean is able to create a web strategy and plan to bridge the gap between the client’s vision and the web teams (design, development, integration and content) tasked with implementing the project.

Dmitriy Pariyskiy

Lead Developer

Coming from a family of programmers, Dmitriy started taking advanced programming classes at a young age. Developing professionally for over six years, Dmitriy began his career while pursuing a computer science degree at Polytechnic Institute of NYU. Primarily working with SmartNet Technologies as an IT consultant; exposing him to a broad range of business technologies. Dmitriy joined Net@Work in October of 2007 and has led the development of several e-commerce, content management, web applications and systems integration projects. His skill set also includes administering Windows and Unix systems, several programming languages and a deep understanding of communications networks and protocols.

Erik Elverskog

Creative Director

Involved in web development and design for 12 years, Erik is involved with all aspects of development; including analysis, information architecture, search engine optimization, development and design. He has a passion for web standards, interoperability, and delivering easy to use and effective sites to every client. Before joining Net@Work, Erik worked freelance as well as for Picture Projects Interactive and Online Development Marketing. He holds an MFA from Pratt Institute and specialized in computer graphics interactive media.

Joe Murray

Web Designer

Having grown up in a creative and tech-savvy family, Joe was naturally drawn to computers and graphic design. He has been creating websites since the age of 15 and over the past 14 years has honed his skill in website design and development. While his focus remains on designing clean and user-friendly interfaces, he brings to the table a diverse skill set ranging from Flash and PHP development, to SEO and online marketing. Not to mention everything in between! Prior to Net@Work, Joe worked as the Director of Interactive Services for Em2 Advertising, and as a freelance designer and developer for a number of prominent Rochester, NY design and advertising agencies.
